HDNETRO · Premium WordPress Themes (“HDNETRO”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides WordPress themes and WordPress maintenance subscriptions. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the terms below.

2. Products We Offer

2.1 WordPress Themes (digital products)

• Sold as digital downloads (ZIP files) via our website.
• Pricing: one-time payment per theme or per bundle.
• Delivery: instant download link sent by email after successful payment.
• License: GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL v2+). See License Terms.

2.2 WordPress Maintenance (subscription)

• Monthly recurring subscription, billed per managed site.
• Services: automated WP/plugin/theme updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security scans, monthly reports.
• Activation: requires installing our companion plugin on each managed site and connecting it to your account dashboard.
• Cancellation: anytime from your dashboard; service continues until end of paid period.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Mamo Payments LLC (Mamo Pay), acting as Merchant of Record. Mamo Pay handles:

• Charge authorization and settlement on supported payment methods
• VAT, GST and sales tax collection per your jurisdiction
• Currency conversion at standard exchange rates
• Invoice issuance with HDNETRO as the underlying merchant

Mamo Pay’s own Checkout Buyer Terms apply at the point of purchase.

4. Use Rights & License

• Themes are released under GPL v2+. You may use them on unlimited sites, modify, and redistribute under the same license.
• The “HDNETRO” name, brand and logo are trademarks owned by us — GPL does not transfer trademark rights.
• Maintenance services are not transferable; one subscription covers the specific sites listed in your account.

5. Warranties & Limitations

• Themes are provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the description published on our website.
• We make no warranty about uptime of third-party services we depend on (web hosting, Mamo Pay, DNS, etc.) for the Maintenance product.
• Our maximum liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell HDNETRO themes as your own work or remove our copyright notices from the source code
• Use our products to host content that violates laws of your country or the UAE
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure or other customers’ accounts
• Use automated scrapers, mass-account creation or chargeback abuse

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms are described in detail in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email (to your customer account) and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues amicably and quickly. If you have a complaint, write to sales@hdnet-tech-fze.com. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE, with exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
