Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s exactly how we make it right.

This policy outlines refunds and cancellations for HDNETRO · Premium WordPress Themes (“HDNETRO”) WordPress themes and maintenance subscriptions. It complements our Terms of Service.

1. Theme Purchases (one-time)

1.1 Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the purchase date, for any reason. No questions asked.

1.2 Eligibility

  • The theme does not function as described
  • Technical issues we cannot resolve within 7 business days
  • You changed your mind within the 14-day window

1.3 How to request

Email sales@hdnet-tech-fze.com with your order ID and the email used at checkout. We confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds through Mamo Pay within 5–10 business days.

2. Maintenance Subscriptions

2.1 Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep all features until then.

2.2 Refund policy on subscriptions

  • First billing cycle: 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers, full refund of the first month if service does not meet your needs.
  • After first cycle: No pro-rated refunds for partial months. You retain access until period end.
  • Annual plans: Refundable within 30 days, minus the value of months already used.

2.3 Service-level credits

If we fail to deliver a core service component (backups not running, uptime below 99% in any month) and we cannot remediate within 48 hours of acknowledgement, you are eligible for a one-month service credit on your next invoice.

3. Non-Refundable

  • Custom theme commissions or paid customizations explicitly marked “non-refundable”
  • Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window for one-time purchases
  • Refund requests filed via chargeback without first contacting us (we may contest abusive chargebacks)

4. Refund Processing & Timing

  • Refunds are processed by Mamo Pay, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method.
  • Typical timing: 5–10 business days after approval. Card-issuing banks may add 1–5 additional business days.
  • Currency conversion losses, if any, are not refundable — Mamo Pay refunds the original amount in the original currency.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out first.
